Ethics and responsibility
Ethics and responsibility are an integral part of LenaPharm's operations. We conduct our work with responsibility and integrity. It is fundamental for our company to do business in an ethically correct way, whether it is in pharmacy operations, as a wholesaler and distributor or as a provider of other services.

ICARE – our common principles
ICARE stands for Integrity, Customer-First, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (Continuous Improvement).

To ensure that we live up to the highest ethical standards in everything we do and everywhere we operate, we have defined a set of important ethical guidelines. These apply to all employees, both in meetings with customers, industry partners and each other. Knowledge of the ethical guidelines is mandatory for all employees and guides their decisions and actions.

Our ethical guidelines contain requirements that, among other things, ensure confidentiality, honest marketing, good product quality and a high degree of service and care for the customer's needs. Our ethical guidelines also contain prohibitions against corruption and rules to ensure fair competition. We are concerned with integrity and social responsibility in all parts of our business. We set requirements to ensure diversity, equal treatment and respectful treatment of all our customers and employees. We also make ethical demands on our partners.
