Eye ointment

Eye ointment and eye gel are an alternative to eye drops, and are usually used for problems with dry eyes and reduced tear production. An eye ointment moisturizes the eye, while forming a protective film. It may often be a good idea to apply eye ointment in the evening, as the eye may become blurry and a slight foggy vision may occur immediately after application.
