Senna leaf tea (Sennae folium) can be used:
at the prison
NOTE: longer use than 15-30 days is not recommended.
PREPARATION OF TEA
Pour 1 level tablespoon of tea with 2 dcl of cold water and let it stand for 2 hours. Strain and drink 1-2 cups of tea during the day.
