Composition and effect:
Cortinat cream 75 ml – a unique, natural combination of 6 plant extracts and oils:
1. Licorice - (Glycyrhiza glabra), standardized extract on the active substance 2% 18-β glyceritic acid - ENOXOLONE, which has a natural anti-inflammatory effect - reduces inflammation and redness of the skin at the site of application.
2. Bacopa - (Bacopa monniera), standardized extract of active substances (Bacozides A, B) that act: - Anti-inflammatory, antihistaminic effect by inhibiting the synthesis of proinflammatory mediators and Histamine - reduces inflammation, itching, rash and redness of the skin. - Antioxidant: by inhibiting lipid preoxidation and "capturing" free radicals, it reduces the possibility of new skin damage. It stops the growth and development of bacteria and fungi (Stafilococcus Aureus, Candida Albicans and thus reduces the possibility of bacterial infection and spread.
3. Purple thistle – (Onoprodum acanthium) whose active ingredients stimulate epidermal regeneration, i.e. they lead to the regeneration of the HYDROLIPID BARRIER OF THE SKIN and thus restore the skin's moisture and elasticity.
4. Bisabolol - purified active substance from chamomile. It has a strong anti-irritant and antiphlogistic effect in minimal concentrations. Soothes and nourishes irritated and dry skin.
5. Allantoin – a purified active substance from the comfrey plant. It stimulates hydration and thus softens and soothes dry, irritated and inflamed skin.
6. Cold pressed purified oil of prince bran (Oryza Sativa Bran Oil), active ingredients: Biolipids – Υ-Oryzanol, omega 3,6,9. tocopherols, tocotrienols that have a regenerative effect on dry and chapped skin by restoring the HYDRO-LIPID LAYER OF THE SKIN and thus restoring the skin's moisture and elasticity. It is traditionally recommended for eczematous, red, dry and chapped skin.
