Premama Duo is a pregnancy supplement which contains vitamins, minerals and Omega 3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA), divided in tablets and capsules. Each tablet consists of 11 vitamins and 9 minerals, and the capsules are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids.
