Microdacyn Hydrogel is a stabilized, hydroactive, amorphous gel for the rehydration of necrotic and fibrinous tissue. It supports autolytic debridement and creates a physiological wound healing environment.
Compared to most other hydrogels, Microdacyn Hydrogel can be used for 60 days after opening. It is also possible to use one gel dispenser for several patients. The gel is preserved by sodium hypochlorite and hypochlorous acid, these substances of the body's own immune system ensure the stability of the product and make it hypoallergenic.

Because Microdacyn Hydrogel is extremely well tolerated, it can also be used on exposed bones, tendons and ligaments.
Microdacyn Hydrogel can be used on all dry and weakly exuding wounds. This also includes all wounds that need to be rehydrated as well as burns up to grade 2.
Unopened up to 15 months at room temperature to be used within 60 days after opening
Microdacyn Hydrogel is an environmentally friendly product that can be disposed of normally without any special regulations.
