Nattokinn® is the first natural oral fibrinolytic.
Nattokinn® contains nattokinase, a natural fibrinolytic enzyme that has multiple beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system: it breaks down blood clots, blocks the sticking of platelets, lowers blood pressure, acts against atherosclerosis and protects nerve cells. The product also contains folic acid (in the form of calcium-L-methylfolate), which plays a role in the process of cell division, contributes to normal blood formation, as well as normal homocysteine ​​metabolism. Nattokinn® is recommended in primary prevention, in cardiovascular patients without clinical symptoms in order to reduce the risk of serious vascular events, who have risk factors that may contribute to the occurrence of a heart attack or stroke, as well as in patients who have an increased risk of blood clot formation ( thrombus) in the heart, brain or deep veins. In secondary prevention, it is recommended in patients with a high risk of recurrence of a heart or stroke or a high risk of new blood clots in the veins.
