Medicinal product with osmotic activity that works to reduce swelling and local inflammation of the nasal mucosa.

It is intended for:
reduction of nasal obstruction (difficulty breathing through the nose) caused by enlargement of the nasal concha or in patients with specific (allergic) or non-specific (non-allergic) inflammation of the nasal mucosa.
treatment of swelling that occurs as a result of the inflammatory process in chronically enlarged "third" tonsils, in acute and chronic rhinosinusitis (inflammation of the mucous membrane of the nose and sinuses).
treatment and prevention of the recurrence of nasal polyps, as well as after surgical intervention.
treatment of various disorders of the mucous membrane of the nose and sinuses, in the period before and after surgical intervention
