KERLAX
Glycerol, wheat starch, liquid mallow extract, liquid chamomile extract and purified water.
Mechanism of action
Reduces stool hardness, lubricates it and thus facilitates bowel emptying.
Contraindications
Microclysters should not be used to treat acute abdominal pain or any pain of unknown origin.
Adverse effects
In patients particularly sensitive to any of the ingredients or who have inflammation of the mucous membrane of the colon, the preparation may cause irritation.
Dosage
1 to 2 microclysters in a 24-hour period.
Method of use
Each single dose of KERLAX (Glycerol, chamomile and mallow) remains individually sealed until the moment of use, guaranteeing the hygiene and practicality of the product.
To open the container, remove the sachet then grasp the neck and twist the cap to remove it. When handling, do not hold the container by the elastic pump because some of the liquid may leak out. Lubricate the nozzle by squeezing out a drop of the liquid and then insert it into the rectum and squeeze out the liquid by pressing the elastic pump. Remove the nozzle without releasing the pressure of the pump and throw the container in the trash.
